We do our best to accommodate our Little Kickers families as we know life changes can happen. We process schedule change requests on a first come, first served basis, and at this time we have extremely limited after-school and weekend availability. If we do not have your preferred time slot available, we will add you to our Schedule Change Waitlist in hopes of getting you the lesson time that you prefer in the future. To apply for a schedule change, please complete this Schedule Change Request form.

If you do not have the ability to remain in your current spot until we have a new spot to offer you, please submit a Withdraw Request before the 20th of the month to avoid future billing.

Parents of multiple kiddos:

If you need to make schedule change requests for multiple kiddos, please submit separate forms for each child. If you want to withdraw one or more kiddo please complete our Withdraw Request Form. Thank you!
